Description: This fantasy can be either a “HIS” “HER” or both. It is a fun fantasy that can either make a power imbalance or can be played out to both parties pleasure. At least one party is required to wear an outfit – if you both do, well that just makes it more exciting.
Possible Scenario: HIS – A few possible scenes could be:

Possible Scenario: HER — A few possible scenes could be:

- You find your patient incredibly striking and need to ensure all of his vital organs are functioning properly.
- Your doctor is very attracted to you but knows getting you to have sex with him is next to impossible – what will he do to ensure your compliance?
- Are you the doctor and he the nurse – what situations could you find yourself in?
Possible Scenario: BOTH — The scenarios are quite endless here – imagination is the key. A couple fantasies could be:
- Two residents are attracted to each other – the time is small so you find a examination table, supply closet, etc., who knows who might catch you?
- As the doctor you perform an exhaustive examination. Inquiring after the patients health, sexual actions, etc. you find out that the patient is sexually deprived – perhaps as the doctor you stimulate the patient innocently?
Location: The vista can be set in your home – try to have bits and pieces that look like medical area of some sort. Your bed can be the hospital bed, perhaps a coffee table is the examination table? Clipboard with patient notes, a bright light, latex gloves, candy pills, medical ‘toys’ all add to this role play. These can be bought a most medical supply stores, and quite inexpensively.
